Licensed Work:        Cruvero

                      A Temporal-native agent runtime for durable, observable
                      AI agent orchestration. Built in Go.

Additional Use Grant:

    The Licensed Work may be used without a commercial license for the following
    purposes only:

    • Internal use by individuals or organizations, whether self-hosted or
      deployed at any scale, provided the Licensed Work is not offered to third
      parties as a managed or hosted service.

    • Development, testing, evaluation, and experimentation.

    • Non-commercial academic or research use.

    • Contributing code, documentation, or other improvements back to the
      Licensed Work.

    • Building, deploying, and operating applications, systems, or services
      that use the Licensed Work as internal infrastructure (for example,
      running your own agents on top of Cruvero), provided that the Licensed
      Work itself is not the primary product or service being offered to third
      parties.

    The following uses are expressly prohibited without a separate commercial
    license from the Licensor:

    • Offering the Licensed Work as a managed service, hosted service, or
      “as-a-service” product (including but not limited to offerings branded
      as “Cruvero Cloud” or similar).

    • Embedding the Licensed Work, or substantial portions of it, into a
      commercial product that is sold, licensed, or otherwise distributed to
      third parties.

    • Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or white-labeling the Licensed
      Work as part of a competing product, platform, or service.

    • Offering consulting, support, training, or professional services where
      the Licensed Work is bundled, delivered, or represented as the primary
      commercial product.

Change Date:          Four (4) years from the release date of each version
                      of the Licensed Work.

Change License:       Apache License, Version 2.0

Terms

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative
works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed Work, subject
to the limitations and conditions set forth below.

The rights granted hereunder are subject to the following conditions:

1. You may not use the Licensed Work in any manner that is not expressly
   permitted by the Additional Use Grant above.

2. You may not offer the Licensed Work to third parties as a commercial product
   or service unless you have entered into a separate commercial license
   agreement with the Licensor.

3. Any use of the Licensed Work in violation of the Additional Use Grant
   automatically terminates your rights under this License.

Change License

On or after the Change Date, the Licensor hereby grants you the rights under the
terms of the Change License to copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute,
and use the Licensed Work under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0.

FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS
IN THE LICENSED WORK.
